What is digital precast and logistics tracking?
It follows each precast or PPVC element from shop drawing approval through fabrication and delivery to installation, so planners see status without calling the yard. JTC describes it as digital tracking of production, delivery and installation across the building lifecycle.
Does Kodifly deliver it?

Is precast tracking mandatory in Singapore?
JTC certifies vendors in this category for its projects, and BCA requires Government Land Sales sites to adopt DfMA, such as PPVC and advanced precast systems, and to show at least five IDD use cases. On other projects the client or main contractor decides.
