JTC IDDTA
Technology for JTC projects: precast tracking, 360 capture and drone, on one platform
JTC certifies digital solutions for its projects in four use cases, precast and logistics tracking, 360 capture at ground level, drone quality and defect inspection, and drone site-wide progress and survey. Kodifly delivers all four on one SpatialSense record, built to connect to JTC's OPTIMUS Connected Data Environment.

JTC project questions
What is JTC's IDDTA?
The Integrated Digital Delivery Technology Alliance is JTC's programme to certify digital construction solutions for use on its projects. Certified solutions meet JTC's standards and connect to OPTIMUS, its Connected Data Environment. Certificates last two years from the award date.
Which use cases does JTC certify?
Four. Digital precast and logistics tracking, 360 reality capture at ground level, aerial reality capture for quality and defect inspection, and aerial reality capture for site-wide progress and survey monitoring. JTC says more will follow.
Does Kodifly cover JTC's use cases?
Yes. Kodifly delivers precast and logistics tracking, 360 capture, drone inspection and drone progress and survey on SpatialSense, and is live on a Singapore precast project.
Why use one platform for all four?
One record holds the precast schedule, the 360 walks, the drone captures and the defects. JTC reviews see one story, and your team learns one system.
What does the 360 capture cover?
Progress tracking across phases, quality inspection and defect management, safety hazards, and site documentation for handover or disputes. Each capture sits on the floor plan with its date.
