Kodifly at the CIC Global AI and Smart Construction Conference

Published

Kodifly exhibited at the CIC Global AI and Smart Construction Conference and Exhibition (GASCCE 2026), held at Hong Kong Science Park on 24 and 25 June 2026. The Construction Industry Council (CIC) and the Development Bureau organised the exhibition. The Kodifly booth was on the first floor of Building 12W.

The conference

GASCCE 2026 was also where the CIC presented its first AI Award, in the CIC’s “Year of AI”. The CIC reported 258 project submissions. One of the winners was the Development Bureau’s SmartEye platform, which won a Gold Award. Read the separate story on the SmartEye award.

What Kodifly showed

Kodifly demonstrated four products at the booth:

  • SpatialSense. The digital twin platform aligns as-built LiDAR scans with as-designed BIM models, so a team can see where the structure departs from the design. See the SpatialSense page.
  • SpatialSense Trace. Shown on the booth alongside the main platform.
  • Sifu AI. It turns a team’s scattered voice notes and photos from messaging apps into formatted daily reports and compliance alerts.
  • K4DL-1000 ScanStation. The fixed-point 4D LiDAR unit is built for continuous remote capture. See the ScanStation page.

The booth was aimed at teams working under DEVB Technical Circular (Works) No. 1/2026 on smart construction management and the Co-supervision Platform.
